Registration In RDE-IED
The Electronic Declaratory Registry – Foreign Direct Investment (RDE-IED) is a mandatory registry established by the Central Bank of Brazil through Circular 2,997 of August 1, 2000, for all companies whose capital stock includes foreign capital.
