Registration In RDE-ROF
Electronic Declaratory Registry – Registration of Financial Transactions (RDE-ROF) is a mandatory registry managed by the Central Bank of Brazil through Federal Law Lei 4,131 of September 3, 1962 and Circular 3,689 of December 16, 2013 for international transactions.
This registration must be made before the foreign exchange transaction is executed. Banco Confidence analyzes the documentation and the registration with the Central Bank of Brazil, so that your company can focus on achieving its business goals.
In some cases, before registering the RDE-ROF, the company must first register with the Company Registry System (Cademp) of the Central Bank of Brazil. Brazilian or foreign companies that want to conduct international operations must have this registration. For your convenience and to ensure you remain focused on your business, Banco Confidence provides this service as well.
